Where can I park?

There is a Pay & Display car park next to the clinic. They are very strict on timings, if you do go over your paid time, they will charge you and are not sympathetic to appeals.

We have cash in clinic if you need it.

You may be in the clinic for an hour or more if you get chatting to Sarah our lovely receptionist!!

You can always ask her to put some more time on the parking and she will take your keys and do so.

You can have 90 mins free parking at Lidl. There is on street disc parking on the opposite side of the road to the clinic

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes. You will need to move and we will need to see the part of you that is needing to be assessed. Please come prepared to undress to some degree.

“Appointment knickers” for everyone’s benefit are a good idea, please!

How much does it cost?

An initial assessment is £60 and a follow up appointment £50.

An hour appointment is also £60. A bike fit is £65.

You can pay by card, cash or bank transfer.

Just ask for our bank details if you would prefer to do this. We ask that you pay for each appointment for cash flow reasons.

Do you treat people with medical insurance?

Yes, AXA & others but NOT BUPA, sorry.

Please notify your insurance company you need physio, they may want our details. Check if you have to pay an excess and how many sessions they will allow you. Please bring any membership or authorisation numbers with you.

NB if your insurance company will not cover the cost or the full cost of the appointment / treatments with us you are liable to pay the outstanding balance.

What if I can’t make my appointment?

You must give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, so we can try to fill the appointment.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DON’T.

There will be circumstances in which this is not possible, please contact the clinic to discuss with us as soon as is possible.

A missed appointment means no income to cover our hourly overheads, if appointments are not filled the business is not viable. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring someone in with me to my appointment?

Yes, you can. If you want someone with you, that is fine. We find some patients find it helpful in order to remember all the information if they have hearing or memory issues.

If you are hard of hearing tell us, we can help by facing you to help with lip reading or write things down.

If you need an interpreter you can arrange to come with someone to assist us.

Do you treat children?

Yes we do.

Children of 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their assessment and treatment. The consent form of under 16’s must be signed by a parent or guardian and the child must also consent to the assessment and treatment.

We encourage children of under 18 to attend with a parent.
