We have sourced and trialled many products over the years to find reasonably priced, good quality products.

We do not mark up the price for profit.

You can purchase these from our reception in the clinic.

Massage ball, weights, resistance bands and a yoga mat.

Feet: Insoles and heel pads

We stock a range of sizes of an insoles we have found to be supportive and comfortable for patients with a variety of foot ankle and knee issues.

We also have heel pads which can be helpful in easing the symptoms of heel or foot discomfort.


Kinesio-tape may be used by your therapist to improve your awareness of area of your body where you have an issue.  It can help with muscle activation around the area of an injury. We may also use it in re-educating foot, leg or spinal postures/positions. Some patients will benefit from repeating the taping for themselves in which case they can purchase a roll from us. The tape we use is good quality, well adherent and hypoallergenic.

Massage balls

We sell various sizes of spikey massage balls. These are used to self massage at home, usually by placing the ball in specific places and leaning a wall to exert a suitable and tolerable pressure and movements to create a massage effect. Your physio will instruct you on its safe use.

Physio Balls

Large inflatable balls are used in rehab. They are a fantastic way of making rehab exercises more varied, fun and if appropriate; challenging.

People may also use them as an alternative to sitting at a desk or table. As they are less stable than a chair, they will provoke more muscle activity in your back and stomach (core) muscles. Sitting on one also creates more varied postures and muscle activity which is a good benefit for those who sit for several hours at a time.

Ask your physio for further advise on work postures and desk set up.

Heat and Ice packs

Ice and or heat can be useful, simple methods of helping with injury soreness and swelling, pain and muscle tension. Our packs can be either heated or frozen for dual use.

The movement class is a small, intimate class that's all about having fun and moving your body. Liz the instructor is amazing - she's so enthusiastic and motivating, and she always makes sure that everyone is having a good time. The classes are really well-structured, with a mix of different exercises to keep things interesting. Exercises all tailored to the individual and our various abilities.

I've been going to the class for well over a year now, and I can honestly say that it's the best thing I've ever done for my overall fitness. I'm stronger, more flexible, and I have more energy than ever before. But the best part is that I actually enjoy going to class. It's a great way to de-stress and have some fun, and I always feel amazing afterwards.
